I’ve planned three funerals, one for my mom and one for each of her parents. So I’ve had some time to think about funeral songs. A couple of my favorites are Alan Jackson’s version of Blessed Assurance (makes me cry every time I hear it) and Ed Sheeran’s Supermarket Flowers. I also love Randy Travis’ He Walked on Water and Patsy Cline’s version of Just A Closer Walk with Thee.
