3rd annual birthday giveaway loveofdixie

Why my 3rd annual favorite things birthday giveaway is the best yet

My annual birthday giveaway just keeps getting better, and this year I’ve teamed up with a few talented friends who make handcrafted jewelry to offer THREE different giveaway prizes for three lovely readers:

Lavish Leathers braided aqua (1)

Braided Aqua earrings from Lavish Leathers

First up for grabs is a pair of Lavish Leathers medium jewel earrings in Braided Aqua.

I met Amber and Sienna, the sisters behind this handcrafted, local jewelry line, at a custom LLs party last month, and I just can’t get enough! Their earrings are elegant but somehow cowgirl-worthy at the same time–a win in my book.

Whoever wins will be my earring twinkie but since I’ve had so many compliments on these, I thought I needed to share the love 🙂

Create Hope Cuffs bison leather loveofdixie giveaway

Leather loveofdixie bracelet from Create Hope Cuffs

Second up is a handcrafted loveofdixie mockingbird cuff made from repurposed chap leather by my For the Love launch team sister in Minnesota–Danielle Brower at Create Hope Cuffs.

My dear friend Danielle created these custom bracelets a few weeks ago, in celebration of my book launch, with all proceeds benefiting Alzheimer’s Texas.

(The giveaway does not include the mint leather ‘it is well’ bracelet she made for me a few months ago, but you can order similar cuffs or your own custom creation in her Etsy shop.)

Autographed copy of ‘Sweet Grandma’ book

And last, but certainly not least, is a signed copy of my debut children’s book, Where Did My Sweet Grandma Go?: A Preschooler’s Guide to Losing A Loved One, which released last month.

In all honesty, I’m pretty thrilled that I have a real, live published book to offer as a birthday giveaway prize this year. Some days, I still can’t believe that I’m an author. I hope this book will help bring comfort to young children and parents alike, during difficult times of grief and loss.

The giveaway begins Wednesday, April 20.  Winners will be announced on my birthday, Wednesday, April 22.

I can so believe your a real live author! And a very accomplished one already, too. Congrats on the first of many more polished and passionate publications, dearest daughter.

Oooooh! What a great giveaway. I love the idea of a birthday giveaway. Genius! I would want the autographed copy of “Where Did My Sweet Grandma Go?” but, of course, would love the others. They’re beautiful. Happy birthday soon!

Happy Birthday! I absolutely love how much you do for Alzheimer’s awareness. I would love to win your book since it will definitely come in handy for MJ. I also really love the earrings!

I’ve enjoyed your blog since I met you at MOPS! I would be happy to win any of the prizes as they are all awesome! Happy birthday, sweet friend! I wish I still lived in Buda so we could be closer friends. You are an inspiration. Hugs.

I’d love to win your book! Happy late birthday, friend! I’m sending a fellow MOPS mom here whose dad has alzheimers and is in a similar situation that you were in a few years back. 🙂 Her name is Katelyn.
